With Valentine's day fast approaching, us girls have to get everything in check ready for a date night with the girls or a nice meal with our other halves. Something I personally love to do is be themed - on Valentine's I'll wear something cute with hearts on it or opt for red to really get into the Valentines day spirit. A few days ago, after reading this post from A Beautiful Mess  about how to craft your own Llama Vase from clay I have to admit I was feeling really inspired. I've always been a creative and thought a day with the boyfriend sculpting things from clay would make a lovely change from a traditional date. Yesterday I went shopping and stumbled across these cute unicorn and mermaid items as well as some pretty candles. Not only are they cute af, they were also so cheap! The unicorn socks/star socks are from Home Bargains as well as the heart candle. They came in a pack of three. The mermaid, the flower candles and the unicorn lights are all Primark.
